How do you determine what you'll pay?+

Offers consider the current spot price of gold or silver, the purity, and the weight of each item. For finished jewelry, the design, maker, diamonds, gemstones, and condition are also considered and can add value beyond the metal. Items are tested and weighed during the evaluation.

Do I need an appointment?+

No appointment is needed to visit the showroom during business hours. For an evaluation at your home or office in the Naples area, call or text to arrange a convenient time.

Where is your showroom?+

Naples Jewelry Buyers is a service of Naples Estate Jewelry, located at 6240 Shirley St, Ste 104, Naples, FL 34109. Showroom hours are Monday through Friday 11 AM to 3 PM and Saturday 11 AM to 4 PM.

Do you buy sterling silver and silver plate?+

We evaluate sterling silver flatware, hollowware, trays, tea sets, jewelry, coins, bars, and other silver items. Silver-plated pieces may have different value, so it is helpful to include clear photos of hallmarks and maker's marks.

What condition do my items need to be in?+

Gold and silver items can often be evaluated regardless of whether they are broken, bent, or tarnished. Finished jewelry and watches are evaluated as they are; there is no need to clean or repair anything first.

What if I don't know the karat or purity?+

That's fine. Purity is tested during the evaluation at no charge.

Is there any obligation to sell?+

No. Evaluations and offers are free, and there is no obligation to accept an offer.

How quickly will I be paid?+

If an offer is accepted, payment is made at the time of the transaction.
